If you follow me on Twitter (which you probably do, because otherwise I have no idea how you got here), you’ve seen me tweeting about Ace of Shades like mad over the last few weeks. There are a few reasons for this.
- This is one of my most anticipated reads of 2018 and I’m losing my mind waiting for it.
- I’m a member of the Shadow Gang—the Ace of Shades street team. I am second in command of the Doves, the Gang of Assassins. Because Amanda gets me.
If you don’t know what I’m talking about, allow me to extend you a hand to pull you out from under that rock you’ve been living under.
Ace of Shades Synopsis
Enne Salta was raised as a proper young lady, and no lady would willingly visit New Reynes, the so-called City of Sin. But when her mother goes missing, Enne must leave her finishing school—and her reputation—behind to follow her mother’s trail to the city where no one survives uncorrupted.
Frightened and alone, her only lead is a name: Levi Glaisyer. Unfortunately, Levi is not the gentleman she expected—he’s a street lord and a con man. Levi is also only one payment away from cleaning up a rapidly unraveling investment scam, so he doesn’t have time to investigate a woman leading a dangerous double life. Enne’s offer of compensation, however, could be the solution to all his problems.
Their search for clues leads them through glamorous casinos, illicit cabarets and into the clutches of a ruthless mafia donna. As Enne unearths an impossible secret about her past, Levi’s enemies catch up to them, ensnaring him in a vicious execution game where the players always lose. To save him, Enne will need to surrender herself to the city…
And she’ll need to play.
How to Win an Ace of Shades Pre-Order
Now that you’re as hyped as I am, the Dove Lord, Bri, and I are super excited to offer you all the chance to win a pre-order of this positively sinful 2018 release. All you have to do is enter using the Rafflecopter widget below.
Seeing as we’re the Doves, we prefer to keep things fair and orderly, so please refrain from using giveaway accounts to enter. That might be how those Irons in the Gang of Cheats play, but it won’t be tolerated here. And we are not the Gang you want to risk upsetting, so play nice.
Best of luck, sinners.
